In this private class, students will be introduced to the basic foundations of singing and vocal production. Areas to be covered include:  understanding the vocal instrument, breathing, tone production and placement, support, and resonance. Students will be given exercises to use in exploring each of these concepts, which will increase vocal agility, range and breath support.  Sight reading skills and basic theory concepts will also be covered.  As the class develops, songs will be introduced that allow participants to practically apply what they’ve learned.
